From NJ Turnpike North
(towards George Washington Bridge):

  1. Head towards George Washington Bridge to the end - through toll both at Exit 18.
  2. Stay to your right (go past the Rt. 46 exit) and exit at 70B - Teaneck Road.
  3. Continue off exit ramp to second traffic light (Teaneck Road).
  4. Make a right turn onto Teaneck Road, going North (towards Bergenfield).
  5. Stay on Teaneck Road for approx. 3 1/2 miles. Teaneck Road becomes Washington Avenue as you enter Bergenfield. Go through Bergenfield - the next town is Dumont.
  6. In Dumont, after passing the large "STOP & SHOP" sign on your left, take the next left onto Quackenbush Ave.
  7. Quackenbush Ave. ends at the railroad tracks – VANTAGE’S main office is on your right.
  8. We are about 15 minutes from the NJTPKE exit.

From Garden State Parkway North to Exit #161 to Route 4 East, or Rt. 17 to Route 4 East:

  1. Take Route #4 Eastbound to Teaneck Road Exit (approx. 5 miles).
  2. Follow Teaneck Road North (towards Bergenfield). Stay on this road for approx. 3 1/2 miles.
  3. Teaneck Road becomes Washington Ave. as you enter Bergenfield.
  4. Go through Bergenfield - the next town is Dumont.
  5. In Dumont, after passing the "STOP & SHOP" sign on your left, make the next left onto Quackenbush Ave.
  6. Quackenbush Ave. dead-ends at the railroad tracks – VANTAGE’s main office is on your right.

From Route 80 East:

  1. Take Exit 70B Teaneck Road, Teaneck.
  2. After exit ramp proceed to the second traffic light which is Teaneck Road.
  3. Make right onto Teaneck Road North (towards Bergenfield). [Continue as above]

From Route 17:

  1. Take Route 17 North or South to Oradell Ave Exit - East, towards the Fashion Center.
  2. Continue East on Oradell Ave - passing Forest Ave, Kinderkamack Rd and over RR tracks to the end.
  3. Make a right turn.
  4. Continue to approximately third light- then make a left onto Madison Avenue.
  5. Go East on Madison Avenue about one mile. On your left will be an A&P Store.
  6. Go over the railroad tracks and make a right turn at the first street onto Park Avenue. (Frontier Room will be on your right)
  7. At the end of Park Ave. make a right turn. You will see Vantage Health System on the your right.
  8. Parking is available either on the street or in the lot on your right. Park in the spaces along the wooden fence.

From the South

  1. Take NJ Turnpike North to the end - through tollboth at Exit 18, following signs to George Washington Bridge. Stay in the local lanes.
  2. Take the BROAD AVENUE exit (It's the exit after the exit 70/Teaneck Road).
  3. At the exit continue right onto Broad Ave. This street becomes DANA PLACE.
  4. DANA intersects PALISADE AVENUE at a "T"
  5. Make a LEFT onto PALISADES AVENUE.
  6. Continue down the hill (heading west) on Palisade Avenue past Engle St, Dean St.,and over the RR tracks.
  7. The third block after the RR tracks is James St.
  8. We are 1/2 block after James on your right - look for the blue awning.
  9. If you get to the traffic circle you've gone too far!

From the West

From FDR Drive

  1. Take FDR Drive North to George Washington Bridge. Use the upper level.
  2. Stay to your right and get on the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Get off at Exit 1.
  3. As you exit off the ramp curve right (DO NOT turn at the light)
  4. Go straight through the light onto Palisades Ave.
  5. Continue down Palisades Ave. and go over the RR tracks.
  6. Continue on for about three blocks and on your right you will see a blue awning with Vantage Health System.
  7. Park at the meters - 25cents for an hour.

From the South

  1. Follow NJ Turnpike to last exit and continue on 95 North local lane.
  2. Just before the George Washington Bridge, exit at sign for 9W North/Palisades Interstate Parkway.
  3. Make a left turn at top of exit onto 9W North.
  4. Follow Below;

From Route 9W

  1. Continue North on 9W for approximately 10 miles.
  2. Sign will say “Welcome to New York.” At that next light (first one in New York) turn left onto Oak Tree Road.
  3. Go through blinker to next light and turn left onto Route 340. Route 340 is Piermont Road in New Jersey.
  4. Go 2/10 mile down and you will see a sign “Rockleigh”.
  5. Turn right after Jewish Home into the Health campus at 35 Piermont Road.
  6. Touchstone Hall is in Building D, the second building on left.

From Palisades Parkway

  1. Go on 9W for approximately ½ mile (2-3 lights) and exit on right to the Palisades Interstate Parkway-North.
  2. Go approximately 10 miles and exit at Exit 4.
  3. Go to light and turn left onto 9W North. Pass Sign “Welcome to NewYork.”
  4. At that next light (first one in New York) turn left onto Oak Tree Road.
  5. Go through blinker to next traffic light and turn left onto Route 340. Route 340 is Piermont Road in New Jersey.
  6. Go 2/10 mile down and you will see a sign “Rockleigh”.
